The Green Diet for weight loss with fruit and vegetables

Menù of the green diet

Lunedì

  • breakfast: a fruit or a yogurt, a cup of milk, semi-skimmed or tè green, 2 slices of toasted wholemeal or 4 whole wheat biscuits.
  • lunch: a’s green salad mixed, 70 grams of brown rice with zucchini and carrots, two slices d’pineapple
  • snack: a glass of orange juice d’orange
  • dinner: fennel and carrots with dip, a soup of farro, eggplant in the pan, an apple.

Martedì

  • breakfast: a fruit or a yogurt, a cup of milk, semi-skimmed or tè green, 2 slices of toasted wholemeal or 4 whole wheat biscuits.
  • lunch: a’salad of tomatoes, 70 g of spaghetti with ham and peas, a peach
  • snack: one low-fat yogurt
  • dinner: salad of lettuce, endive and arugula, a burger to the plate, 200 grams of eggplant, a yogurt and fruit;

Mercoledì

  • breakfast: a fruit or a yogurt, a cup of milk, semi-skimmed or tè green, 2 slices of toasted wholemeal or 4 whole wheat biscuits.
  • lunch: a’cucumber salad, 70 g of spaghetti with fresh tomato and basil, and a pear.
  • snack: two kiwi fruit
  • dinner: a’s oven-baked bream, two tomatoes with basil, an apple.

Thursdayì

  • breakfast: a fruit or a yogurt, a cup of milk, semi-skimmed or tè green, 2 slices of toasted wholemeal or 4 whole wheat biscuits.
  • lunch: salad of lettuce, courgettes and steam bath, a bass  needles
  • snack: juice d’orange
  • dinner: cream of carrots with croutons, green beans steamed, two boiled eggs, an apple.

Venerdì

  • breakfast: a fruit or a yogurt, a cup of milk, semi-skimmed or tè green, 2 slices of toasted wholemeal or 4 whole wheat biscuits.
  • lunch: a’ – green salad 120 gr of tuna with tomatoes and corn, and a pear.
  • snack: juice of pineapple.
  • dinner: tomato bruschetta, ricotta cheese, courgettes and steam bath, an apple.
