Lunch: two slices of whole wheat bread with turkey breast, lettuce, tomato and a slice of cheese light.

Dinner: an omelet with onions, zucchini, pepper, broccoli passed through in a pan.

Snack: a slice of wheat bread with a sliced tomato and extra virgin olive oil’olive oil.
