Lunch: a sandwich on wholemeal with tuna and tomato, a’ orange.

Snack: a kiwi.

Dinner: 70 grams of brown rice with asparagus and shrimp, an apple.

THURSDAY’

Lunch: a sandwich integral with grilled vegetables and cream cheese light, or a kiwi.

Snack: a glass of orange juice d’orange.
