Lunch: 80 grams of rice with basil and tomato sauce, 300 gr of radicchio grilled, two slices of melon
Dinner: 200 g of ham fat with melon, 150 grams of salad with celery and carrots, 50 gr of sandwich integral

Friday
Lunch: 70 g of spaghetti alla carbonara vegetable, 200 grams of spinach, boiled, with cheese, light cream, two plums
Dinner: 200 grams of cod baked in foil with herbs and cherry tomatoes, 150 grams of green salad mixed in a banana

Sabbath
Lunch: 70 grams of whole wheat pasta topped with lemon, capers and tuna, 200 gr of grilled peppers, 2 slices of pineapple natural
Dinner: 100 grams of mozzarella cheese with tomatoes and basil, 200 gr of mixed salad, a sandwich integral.

Sunday
Lunch: 70 grams of whole wheat pasta with walnuts and 50 g of ricotta, 200 gr of zucchini and eggplant cooked on the grill with a little d’oil, 2 allbicocche
Dinner: cod cooked in a skillet with tomato, oregano, anchovies and capers, 200 gr of mushrooms-roasted, in a sandwich integral.
