The mediterranean diet è always been considered the più balanced, with a daily consumption of vegetables and fruits, the right consumption of cereals, cheese, milk, and white meat. This is one of the best diets to follow as a real style of life which also allows to cure many diseases and prevent cancer.

  • a cup of semi-skimmed milk, with two spoons d’barley, seasoned with a little teaspoon of sugar or a low-fat yogurt with fruit and two tablespoons of cereal.

  • 3 slices bread wholemeal or 30 gr of biscuits or 4 whole wheat biscuits.


  • 100 grams of gnocchi with a sauce prepared with pomodoretto, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil’olive oil and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
  • 100 grams of raw vegetables (carrots, celery, and fennel, seasoned with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • 1 glass of red wine

  • 120 grams of chicken grilled with herbs, mixed, and drizzled with extra-virgin d’olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • 200 grams of spinach with two tablespoons of cheese and light spread.
  • 50 grams of whole wheat bread or a packet of crackers integrali

Detox Diet

The detox diet is a special diet that allows you to purify and detoxify l’body. And it’ s the food regimen, the più loved by the stars of Hollywood. Not to be followed for a long period of time and for a maximum of 4 days, to find l’balance and lose weight in a short time.

The zone Diet with 11 blocks

The zone diet is a diet created  by the medical biochemist Barry Sears. 1 block of zone diet è formed by 1 block with protein (7 grams protein), 1 block-fat (3,04 gr of fat) and 1 block carbohydrates (9 grams of carbs). The whole day should be divided into 5 or 6 meals.
