The pizza is light to eat even on a diet

c’è nothing moreù good at the table of a lovely pizza, and we italians know that, since we are very fond of it, but what to do if we are on a diet and have a craving for pizza? Simple prepariamola in the light version... it is just so;! In fact, there is also a light version of the pizza (l’we also made focaccia)that you can; eat as well if we are on a diet without adding too many calories and allowing us to not give up this pleasure. We see, therefore, how to prepare it and enjoy it!

The Pizza Light



  • 200 grams of rye flour
  • 200 grams of flour, d’barley
  • 200 grams of whole-wheat flour
  • 1 cube of brewer’s yeast for pizza
  • 400 grams of cherry tomatoes of cherry tomatoes
  • 200 grams of mozzarella light
  • extra virgin olive Oil’olive oil
  • basil 
  • oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mineral water (about 400 ml)


In a cup d’lukewarm water to melt the cube of yeast for pizza. Then mix together the three flours and put them on a pastry board, creating a mound with a hole in the center. Fill the hole with the mild and l’water and begin to knead well, adding every so often and when needed, a bit’ of salt water. When your dough sarà nice, soft, and stretchy, put it in a container with a little’ of flour, coprilo with a tea towel and let rest in a warm place for at least two hours.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce for your pizza light. Wash the basil, dry it well and  the phallus to pieces. Then cut the cherry tomatoes in halfà, or if you want even pieces of più small. Diced the mozzarella. In the meantime I turn on the oven and set it at a temperature of about 240 degrees.
