Exercises

You roll the ball before stretching out your legs and then returning to the starting position. For this exercise, do three series from 6 movements.

8)To complete the exercises, lying on the ground belly-giù. Put the ball between your ankles and bring it towards your buttocks. Do 3 series of 15 movements.
