1.1.1 the Symptoms of pre-eclampsia

1.1.2.2 Advise women with più of a factor of moderate risk for pre-eclampsia to take 75mg of aspirin daily from 12 weeks until the birth of the child. Factors indicating moderate risk are:

  • before pregnancy
  • the

  • 40 years of age or più di età
  • the range of pregnancy of more than 10 years
  • the

  • body mass index (BMI) of 35 kg/m2 or more at first visit
  • the

  • family history of pre-eclampsia
  • the

  • multiple pregnancy

1.1.3 Other pharmaceutical agents

1.1.3.1 do Not use the following to prevent disorders hypertensive during pregnancy

  • nitric oxide donors
  • the

  • progesterone
  • the

  • diuretics
  • the

  • low molecular weight heparin.

1.1.4 nutritional Supplements

1.1.4.1 Not recommend the following supplements solely with the aim of preventing disorders hypertensive during pregnancy:

    the

  • magnesium
  • the

  • folic acid
  • the

  • antioxidants (vitamins C and E)
  • the

  • fish oils or algae
  • the

  • garlic
